Lieutenant Frank Ferguson
The Spanish-American display features the uniform and sword of school teacher Frank Ferguson. He was one of the first soldiers who volunteered to enter the service during this war and quickly rose in the ranks. He served as the Rock County volunteers’ commanding officer.
